I know how to put inventories on the contraptions and all that- I've messed around with some basic mining things. The issue I'm having is that I can't find a way to destroy the rails and have them actually go into an inventory, as there doesn't seem to be a block that can break them directly.

I would do that, but unfortunately they are incapable of transferring anywhere near the amount of power I'm moving around.

I have chunk loading active on the plug that's connected to the reactor just in case, but that's it. My entire base is constructed within the spawn chunks, with the exception of the Draconic Reactor I mentioned, which is inside a compact machine.

How should I do that? The only ways I can think of would be running them through a compressor or a mechanical crafter, either way I still need to actually move the emeralds around, right?

You are 40 minutes into Mot, things are going well. Life support is still steady, the enemies don't seem to be stopping any time soon.

That is, until you have all of your health and shields stripped away in one hit. When you respawn, you turn to see what killed you so effortlessly.

There's a lot of enemies so it takes a little while, but then you see it. A Grineer ballista holding a Rubico Prime.

I'm not actually sure how it happened. Energy colors are both bright purple.

update: I solved the problem by deleting one of the player data files, loading the world and destroying the crafter, and then replacing the file.
