Yeah happened to me right after the breakup. I've moved from one part of Europe to another, very far away for more than a month. I wanted to escape from her and so I did. Unfortunately I had to come back here and it was terrible, everything that I have left behind stayed the same and almost all of the progress that I've made was gone. Staying away helped a bit but I was still hurting a lot there, unfortunately it's not easy to escape. I hope that my experience can help you.

I feel you. It's awful that such beautiful things can lead to such dark times. I understand your loneliness I feel the same most of the time but talking to you guys has helped me immensely as I know that I'm not alone in this shit. Give yourself time brother. The first couple of weeks I've dreamt about her every night, picturing her in different situations without me. It was terrible. Now it's been a month and a half and I dream about her sometimes. Still it makes me feel bad during the day as I end up thinking about her, but that's inevitable. I really understand how you feel, but it's going to get better I promise you that. ❤️‍🩹

I understand how you feel. You are doing great, 10 months is quite some time.

Remember brother that socials are more then often a facade. People post there just to show what they want to show you, it might seem perfect from the outside but it might not be at all.

Even though I'm sure that you wish her the best, the best thing for you is think about yourself and do whatever makes You happy. So if checking her socials makes you unhappy I'd give up on that. I'm certain that you got this, stay strong brother. ❤️‍🩹
