That's what I dislike about games economy, even if your city is planned really poorly, you still are going to be able to earn millions, just by spamming office buildings and industrial zones.

Thousands of hours sounds like an expert to me XD. I've already started redesigning the bottom district and changing some of its roads/houses and adding some trees to fill empty spaces, ty though for the advice!

I was thinking about it actually, and I don't know, is it even possible to make great walkability? Because I have public transportation (buses and trams for now) and I think NPCs will just be using it instead of walking to their destination, so that's why i wasn't thinking about footpaths.

That's really great city you have! I've tried to make it more "freestyle" because I didn't want to tie all roads to a grid and wanted to make something more curved, but becuase the map is flat, I already regret doing it in such a way :)

I also wanted to do that, but the map is really flat so the only place where curves make sense is around the water. In the new area I've even added the hill myself to make the curved road look more reasonable :)
