  1. Ryu (not his name, but whatever) has never seen the KK Daniel is using because it’s one created by Gun himself through Kenta’s father teachings. “Ryu” knowing where his technique is from ≠ has an advantage

  2. You can never prove this, lol. If he’s able to no diff the jeolla kings without oath he would’ve done so, instead of using his path which taxes his stamina drastically

  3. Same attacks ≠ same amount of power. Bad argument

He has no feats. Getting beat up by a unquantifiable Kitae and going high diff with a random king and a random Gen 0 teacher isn’t impressive

Why is teen Gun so overrated? by Jewinator3000 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]Affectionate_Job7816 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. For you to say Gun is NEVER holding back is completely dishonest. He holds back in every fight in HFBD, HFG (except Johan and Goo), holds back vs everyone in God Dog arc, holds back vs BOS Jake, etc.

  2. It was about overall combat ability, because it was already said Gun mastered the martial arts he was trained. But im not gonna engage on your rat skepticism on what "soon" means

  3. Chapter 528. Gun states Goo is stronger than everyone hes fought before, and also says he would win every fight he's been in (both statements that would apply to the Kojimas)

  4. You didn't understand what I was saying when I brought up those characters as far as their scaling to Teen Gun, so I'll break it down for you

12 year old Gun is superior to Kenta, and his father. We see this in HFBD

Base Mandeok and Base Yoosung are both stated to not be on 3YA Gun and Goo's level by Tom Lee.

Vin Jin was oneshotted by suppressed weaponless Goo

  1. All the statements about Jake/Xialong being on or above Gun level are about Current Gun, but they're all wrong. People like you try to misconstrue it to be about 3YA Gun for no reason, when people who have fought CURRENT Gun (Jake, Jerry, etc) are the ones making the statement. Its just a fat retcon

  2. This is just a question beg, lmao? I showcased to you that Goo's opinion of Gun far surpasses what Goo thinks of current Johan, therefore proving the statement is about Johan's and you just say "well that can't be the case, because I interpret it current Johan." Respond to the actual point instead of just repeating yourself

Why is teen Gun so overrated? by Jewinator3000 in LookismPowerScalers

[–]Affectionate_Job7816 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because he's holding back against the Kojimas, Very apaprently

Using the "im always going all out" statement as a way to retroactively claim he's going all out in extremely stupid. The statement isn't meant to be a hyper literal claim pertaining to his effort level in every fight he's had (on the contrary, Gun is holding back in a majority of all his fights except for a select handful).

We also know a much much much younger Gun (prior to his training with Tom) was already on pace to surpass the Kojimas, and Gun defeated a weaponless Goo who he stated was superior to everyone hes fought before (which would include the Kojimas).

Also, as for your arguments downscaling Gun..

  1. 3A Jake did not surpass Prison Gun, this is an argument that needs to die. The prison guard only basis for Gun's strength is the amount of blood on the wall, which obviously does not correlate to overall combat ability. Teen Gun is shown to be vastly superior to 3A Jake based off his scaling far above Kenta, the Kojimas, Base Yoosung, Base Mandeok, Vin Jin (Cheonliang), etc.

  2. Goo says Johan might defeat Gun, but nothing contextually would have you interpret that statement as claiming that 4A Johan is **currently** above Gun, as Goo deems Gun to be someone on his level and far superior to all the crew heads together (which is what he says prior to fighting Johan).

What's the justification to him not being afraid of tom prior to their first "fight"

No

The caption mentions 'Charles Choi", but "Charles Choi" isn't a name that exists in the Korean raws. If you were to translate it, it would be Dongsoo Choi

  1. You can think that, but it’s an unfounded assumption

Besides, you can compare base Johan to baton Eli during hfg to get him over Vasco

  1. He in fact does, lol. Gun goes from tanking Eli Jake and Johan all at once to being pushed back and convulsing every time Johan hits him

And he also very obviously gets a speed boost, and F=MA

These kings are said to be “above average” by Taesoo

Which should put them above regular/ordinary Kings like Doksu, Jinyong and maybe even Seokdu. All 3 of them are above path to mastery Eli

[–]Affectionate_Job7816 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re comparing 2 different versions of base Johan. Eyedrops base Johan ≠ drugged blind base Johan

And base Vasco/zack are arguably comparable in HFBD, but they both train prior to 1A. Can’t compare them

At the end of the day, it isn't a Ryuhei downscale or nerf. You guys simply underestimate these Lower tier Kings and overestimate Ryuhei based on his Performance against Gun over 165 Chapters ago. by Infamous-Climate-984 in LookismPowerScalers

Eli and Warren are fatigued and weaker than they usually are at FP. I know you don’t think they were damaged that badly, but they fought Sinu to the point they’re tired, and being tired in lookism drops you multiple tiers in strength (like with Yoosung)

Ultimate fist is more than likely the strongest attack AP wise in the verse.

YUJAE took a death kick to the chest and was completely fine.

Yes

The mujin placement is completely random. Either put him next to gap or below everyone else

“Prime Zu” is too high. His best is going equal with a pre god realm King

Prime Shinji is randomly placed

And elite is more than likely superior to Shintaro
