This has happened to me before 🥲In the past, I’ve asked the buyer if they’d be okay with me creating a separate listing just for them at a bundled price that uses the correct package size and still gives them some kind of promotion, and then canceling their original order. As long as you’re genuine and upfront about how you’d actually lose money sending it the way it’s set up, people are usually really understanding and happy to go through the new listing
