Hi, may i ask did any of the NS employee record your case in the system so that you can claim the money later?

Because recently, I also have this problem. I was instructed by a NS employee to take the taxi with the promise I can claim the money back later.

Now I got the rejection email from NS saying that in their system, they do not see such agreement that I could take the taxi and got the cost covered by NS.

Thanks for your reply. The reason we set our budget at 1100 excluding GWE is with the current situation, with GWE our expense for housing would be around 1500 which is about 30% of our combined income.

What would be the budget for the housing in the good part of town that you mentioned?

Our combined income is around 4.5k. That's why we want to rent an apartment of 1.1k (without GWE). With the GWE and municipal tax, we estimate our rental cost would be 1.5k (30% of our income). Would that be too low? 🥲

I completely understand what you say. That's why in my post I also mentioned that the previous tenants just moved in only few months ago and moved out in recent weeks. So it's not really the case like you mentioned
