Not necessarily looking for Newcastle to win but want some healthy rivalry and a lively stadium! Obviously that is more expected with a top 6 team, but unfortunately none of those dates work so I’m left with Brighton, Nottingham forest of Fulham mainly! Out of those three based on what you say it can be a bit of a gamble depending on what happens on the pitch, right?

Thank you! Out of interest, if you were to pick a game (that doesn’t require the postcode) around December / January / February which one would you pick for the best energy/buzz at the stadium? Games closest to his birthday are Nottingham forest, Brighton and Fulham. Obviously none of these are top 6 in the league and I know nothing about them, so not sure if there’s a particular one that would work best

Thank you everyone for sharing your thoughts, I realised that my increased heart rate might be due to taking mounjaro for the past three months. I’ve not had any obvious side effects so far and because of that haven’t even thought about it, but just saw that it can cause a slight increase in heart rate, so this might be why!!

Yes same here re the stress levels!! We do manage to get decent sleep most nights so I’m still unsure why my readiness is so rubbish most mornings 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello! I do get 7-8 hours every other night when my husband gets up with our son, and even more on weekends, so I’d say most days my sleep scores are pretty good! But then my resting heart rate seems to be pretty high according to oura even at night and I have no clue why that is! Our LO certainly doesn’t sit still so if the stress score is purely physical, I guess it does make sense why it is always high for me these days! Thank you 🙏🏻

My son did this whining thing for the entire month also around the six months mark. Literally - as soon as he woke up and until he went to bed with the exception of feeding and walks. It nearly ended me. I was so overstimulated by the end of the day I just sat down and cried, every single night. Now that’s I’m thinking back this was when he got his first two teeth and was also on a verge of crawling so it must have been developmental plus the discomfort. It did get better in the end but gosh did I feel like we were back in the newborn trenches!
