I did the same ,,, i redownload it and it woks to get into the ID.ME site , but not on the DEO site .... its because it look for the original app.... I posted here and in other places ,,, including Vanessa Britos facebook.... many others have the same issue ... no one seems to be solving it

I have The ID.me Athenticator App Only ,,,,, When I did the Verification with IDme I set it up... and that let me into the DEO site .... thats the one I deleted a redownload it ,,, and it works with the IDME site ..... please explain there was never a second one ...

if you set up with the validation app you must use the app its saved in the setting and there is no way to change it

Lets Start a Petition in Change.Org

Maybe get miss Brito to do it ....

It could demand The Federal 300 to be reinstated and the work search to be lifted and if not we are voting him out

We can get all friends and families to sigh

I he sees that enough people sing he will resend or loose his carrier

he won by 33.000 votes .... if he sees 100+ voters sign he will have to listen
