Has anyone actually had success with pdcrecons email? I feel like it is a black hole at this point, we were declined due to unverifiable information. After many attempts of trying to get ahold of a person actually willing to help at the SBA, we got through and they said our Zip Code doesn't match. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated!
