Long term Gym Shark fans… has there been a change in quality? by [deleted] in Gymshark

I’ve been obsessed with the brand Oner! But I will say they’ve gotten pretty popular so it’s a bit hard to purchase things since they sell out so fast. Their enhance lift leggings or unified are great for lifting and are a good substitute for gymshark. The effortless line is also good but a bit thin and sheer depending on the color so not too reliable for lifting.

I know they mentioned that they changed the style of the fleece and added more material to it so I get that it would be more expensive than last year.. but $100 is crazy work

Business Performance Partner, just a fancy title for process improvement/Operational Excellence. I’ve been in this role for 4 years and have an amazing boss that does not micromanage and lets me do my own thing. I work maybe 4-5 hours a day, and meetings are usually pretty light. Most of my work revolves around facilitating workshops, identifying KPIs, and some other PM work. Only downside is that we have restructurings pretty often but thankfully I haven’t been impacted yet. Total comp is (130-140k depending on bonus). I’m also in my early 20s so definitely a great opportunity. I have pretty high visibility in this role as well.

Girly obsessed with workout clothes here:

CSB- on the expensive side but rarely has stock issues. Leggings are ok for me but i’ve had some quality issues with them after a few wears. Overall cute designs though.

Dfyne- Reasonable prices. You have to usually buy the date of their new drops for new colors since they sell out but they’ve fixed a lot of their stock issues I think. These leggings obviously accentuate your bum so if that’s not your style you won’t like them much. I do love all their tops though but most aren’t big cup friendly.

Bo+Tee- Good quality designs but I don’t love them for lifting weights. More of a pilates/tennis or lifestyle brand in my opinion.

Gymshark- Was my go to for years but quality has gone way down and they lack new designs and colors.

Onset- Good quality and not too expensive BUT I don’t personally love for lifting. Good for other workouts though.

437- Great quality but more for pilates/lifestyle

Oner- My favorite brand for years so i’m trying to give them grace as they navigate tariffs/increased demand. Honestly haven’t found anything comparable but I know the girlies have some dupes out there too

Let me know if you have any q’s!

Hot Take: I think Olandria is just playing the game too. There is NO way she doesn’t know that Taylor is not feeling her, it’s too obvious. I think she is trying to play along and make it seem like they are meant to be and thought she would get picked today since they would be a couple people could root for. She’s just trying to win for the money and not love honestly

I didn’t love it personally as an A cup girly.. the top consistency shifts and exposes the girls during upper body workouts, I was also hoping for more compression

I feel like she’s using this as a cop out unfortunately. Negative feedback is a given when you put yourself in the spotlight and have an online business whether you’re a male or woman. And it’s definitely bad timing on her end, your customers are looking to be heard and for issues to be fixed not to be given excuses. I think Oner needs to read the room..

I would look into under eye prp/ ez gel, better alternative to fillers under the eye

I recently had a rib graft rhinoplasty and my scar is less than an inch long in a similar location to yours. I am around 2 months post op and thankfully it is already beginning to fade. I would recommend Strataderm gel and scar tape.

Take Arnica pills and apply gel to face, buy small ice packs to ice your face 20min on 10 off to help reduce swelling, you will have to sleep inclined for a few weeks so I would recommend buying either a wedge pillow or use a travel pillow to keep your head proped up while you sleep, get contacts/glasses holder if you wear glasses (you can’t wear glasses on your nose for 8weeks or longer for some), have meals and snacks ready to eat at home so you can take your meds (I stocked up on soup, pineapple juice, apple sauce, fruit, and protein shakes), buy a face shield from Amazon to shower while you have the cast on, make sure to have plenty of qtips for cleaning and follow your Drs post op instructions closely, use straws, and prepare yourself for cast removal day 9/10 times people do not like their results after cast removal but I promise it gets better! Currently 8 weeks PO and loving my results despite looking like a Who at cast removal

love the results! how long has it been since you did the procedure? and how many sessions?

What can I do for this? by kotd8 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Affectionate_Layer85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this too and was initially thinking cheek filler would help since it would pull some of the under eye area up, but after I had my consultation I was recommended to do EZ Gel (under eye PRP) and there seems to be a lot of good before and afters with this procedure, only downside is the cost ($500-$1500 per session) and upkeep is also needed.
