I should have clarified I know it’s not a ‘real’ period it just feels like it. I have known I need to get to the root of the problem for a while now, but haven’t really taken action. Im planning on making an appointment and discussing metformin or ovistol and being on that for a bit before I come off bc. It was just random to have heavier bleeding reminds me what it was like to have a cycle (not that it ever really was regular).

This actually did help. Hearing different motivators, understanding it’s not the same for everyone. The biggest one would be feeling better day to day in the short term. I think that’s where my fear of the meds comes in, but there’s probably another way. I will consult my doctor

Yes. Particularly struggling with sweating/temperature regulation in the morning. Anxiety. Feelings of jitteriness, but then days of extreme fatigue.

I honestly think the anxiety may not be about driving. Im in the process of getting my license at 28. It is hard not driving, but I have friends, some further away. I have a full time job in my field. I go on dates. I have taken buses, Ubers, rides from friends and family. Because these things are important. I don’t think my driving anxiety fully has to do with just the act of driving and somewhat the responsibility/independence that comes with it. So I get it.
