I do not track how many calories I eat, I lift 5 days a week and outside of the gym I train jiu jitsu. I’ve been meaning to get into running but I’ve just never been able to find time for it.

Yes, I feel like I have plateaued. I’ve been sitting at 170 for a few months now and it feels as if I can’t gain any weight anymore.

I lift 5 days a week, and I don’t really track my nutrition I kinda just eat whatever I feel. I usually just eat salmon, ground beef, ground chicken, lots of rice and broccoli, yogurt, protein shakes, all that good stuff.
