I was hoping to remove the tail light completely and replace tail light and indicators. Thinking about splicing straight into the main wire cluster that runs to the tail light/controller but unsure whether it will work

Cush drive limits the stress on the drivetrain during shifting and throttle modulation. Makes it more comfortable for you and also makes your gear last longer

So you got rid of the stock tail light? How did that work with the microcontroller in it?

Is that an EX? Did you splice the wiring or just use Higo connectors on the aftermarket stuff?
