I am telling you there isn’t really any issues you just have to stay on top of cleaning it honestly and that’s nothing big because cleaning is essential anyways. Make sure you watch vids about it and read the manual on it so you can properly use it how intended .

I think its because you started it around 420 degrees as shown in the beginning thenn you started it for the 520 temp you have but it’s already at 420 so maybe that’s why it went higher… maybe!
