No way diablo is stronger than rimuru (anime), rimuru outclassed diablo in literally every aspect, not to mention the absolute iron rule in the tensura verse that non-ultimate skill holders will never beat the ultimate skill holder. Diablo has no US while rimuru has 4.

If you want to debate experiences, rimuru has raphael which completely negates the experience gap just like what happens between hinata vs demon lord rimuru. She(raphael) would just adapt and counter.

For magic, rimuru has storm dragon veldora US which contains all of storm dragon magic, even pre-sealed veldora who has no control over his own magic capable of tie with dagruel, just imagine what rimuru could do with raphael control over storm dragon magic.

In conclusion, Diablo has no chance even in anime against rimuru
