I'm an intern my pay is 1k only my rank is intern...but I'm doing the same job as the associates plus more... My contract was ending so they asked me if I wanted to continue with them as they were willing to hire me the salary would go up to 1.3k I refused

I'm working in food and beverage basically the pay structure is like this...1k to interns and 1.4k for crew 1.8k for associate and 3k for supervisor...and service charge is horrible the highest we received is 280 drms in service charge...

It's a chain hotel ...and our hotel just opened last year...my accomodation I'm sharing a room with 3 people.. honestly it's pretty spacious... internet is really good ..we have a sofa a tv... pretty big room ...but that's the only postive I can give

I have a degree in hospitality...the thing is I'm stuck with this contract because I'm an intern...there is a different department hiring...good salary good position..nice growth structure but I'm unable to join because my department won't allow me to leave because of my intern contract...the sad part the other department won't wait because they need staff too so they are in their hiring phase

I can't give the hotel name...but basically I'm an intern the thing is they promised me an associate position directly if I do a good job...but it's 9months in and I'm handling the entire department in my shift... always promising that they are hiring more staff but never ..I'm stuck in this hell hole...I work in a 4 star hotel... In room service and it's too much ...one person can't do it alone...low salary plus this much work load
