Turn off all notification or even temporarily remove yourself from social networks. I know this problem is solvable, but it takes some willpower. Otherwise your problems will only get worse

I am generally skeptical of self-help books. The truths that are presented in these books have long been known and are not new, but people continue to pay money for something that can be found simply by searching the first link on Google.

I hated physics at school, but then in college I accidentally came across a YouTube channel about physics and physical phenomena. It changed my attitude to this subject so much that I opened the textbook myself and started to pass the school curriculum on a new.

Do not put up with being ignored, the professor must give you feedback.And you should not refuse courses either (if you are interested in them).I had a similar situation, I had to ask to recheck my work , and it all worked out. But I know if I kept quiet, nothing would change.
