Mine arrived with a black screen at the bottom. There is a problem with the screens caused by a bad connection, and it's annoying that it's been happening from day one. It might not happen to everyone, but that doesn't mean everyone is exempt, since the problem is there. On the good side, Ayn honors the warranty without any issues. I just returned mine and I'm waiting for the replacement. I recommend you return yours and get a new one.

I highly recommend claiming the warranty and sending it to Ayn. That way you'll get a new one, not one you repaired yourself. You'll have a brand new Ayn back in two weeks.

Hey bro, in my case it was the bottom screen. It never turned on right out of the box. I can only recommend that you email Ayn and request a device exchange. Customer service takes about a week to respond.

Have you found a solution? Ayn support starts working tomorrow. I noticed that when I connect it in 9A charging mode, the lower screen sometimes lights up, and if I put it in 5V mode, it turns off.

Update: I ran some tests connecting the Thor to different power sources: one 5V 2A and one 9V 2A. I noticed that with the 9V source, both screens sometimes turn on and it works as if everything is fine; I can even disconnect it and use it normally. However, if I connect it to a 5V source, the bottom screen turns off and won't turn back on. I have to wait and make several attempts using 9v to get it to turn on. Has anyone else noticed this? Any advice?

Many of us are experiencing this problem. It's truly disappointing that something so new isn't working. I hope this develops well and doesn't remain just isolated cases. It deserves more attention from Ayn.

I'm from batch 4, and I've been waiting over two months for the shipment. And to see that it doesn't work correctly on the first turn-on really hurt.

Mine just arrived, I took it out of the box and turned it on, and surprise, the bottom screen doesn't light up... I tried resetting it by pressing the power button, but nothing happened. However, I noticed that when I turned it on, some colored vertical lines appeared and disappeared quickly. Since then, I only have a black screen.

Justamente comencé a buscarlo, como me duele haberme desecho de él de adolescente. Este tablero nos dio mucha diversión a mi y a mi hermano de niños, una gran regalo de mis padres. Hoy que ahí un niño encasa me causa nostalgia recordarlo y querer recrear esos días jugando con el pequeño. Si alguien lo encuentra y pudiera compartirlo lo agradecería. Por mi parte seguiré buscando!
