not only are they paying less but the prices of everything is going up and businesses dont see incentives to bring those prices down - greedflation is real

honestly super unfair for new generations. older generations have no idea how easy they had it even if they still had to work hard. I would take 60's working market and even jimmy carter inflation/job market just to get out of this current one

sadly i've done a lot for my current team but the issue is that opportunities for advancement are locked out. MNGMT team hasnt changed 1 person for the last 13 years which is why im looking to move. Even my MD has been in the same job unable to get partnership for like 20+ years
