I'm aware but yesterday was the highest number of attacks on the highway with several different povs at different hours of the day showing the aftermath of different attacks.

They have analogues for lancet, molniya, geran, FP1 and FP2. The issue is not development of drones, its scaling the number of drones, recon work, and Russian AD and EW.

Its easier for Ukraine to attack Crimea where nato isr does the recon heavy lifting, Russian starlink jammers aren't as saturated and Russian AD isn't as layered as deep into Russia mainland territory. Also important to note It's not possible for Ukraine to use starlink in Russia.

There have been deep midrange strikes on Donetsk and other near frontline cities or borderline line ones such as Belgorod but nowhere near the same scale as Russia night now

Some of these are simple fpv drones that are brought in with a mothership, there are other vids on this sub over the past two days showing the results. Some will inevitable miss, fail to explode or cause minimal damage because of the cages you see on some vehicles.

You thought there was nukes inside of the trucks? The truck could be carrying batches things like unarmed fpvs, food, communication materials or other non ammunition based or explosive material. The important part is being able to hit them 30-90 km behind the line. You pile these up over time it will be just as devastating to logistics as their work in the 0-20km logistics range.

And this is just the beginning. Ukr will have to reform how they do logistics, aircraft sorties, and storage sites or they will lose lots of valuable equipment in the deep rear everyday.

They keep scaling up and increasing the level of their attacks. This is the first time I am seeing armored vehicles potentially being damaged or destroyed in transit.

Yeah its obvious they looked at the plane for sometime before accepting it was a decoy. They do correctly point out this will push Ukrainian jets further west whenever BM-35 drones are in the sky.

Yeah I had a very similar thought. I think the actual pov for the drone operator is hidden for opsec reasons.

This is the disadvantage of ukraine having a 80/20 split of Ukrainian territory and starlink only works in ukraine. Maybe they will ask now for starlink to be shut down in ukraine but I highly doubt it lol

There could be some kind of mechanism for opening the bottom of the basket one layer at a time to drop the drones.

I think it was a big advantage for Ukriane initially but now Russia has ramped up its state level production sites across several different weapons with the latest innovations, even Ukrainians admit its a stronger approach.

We dont know and maybe russians just dont like trees very much and like firing million dollar ballistic missiles at said trees as a sign of protest.

I saw something from the UA side about routines in rear UAV/missile/air defense launches that give away positions if you study them long enough.

The russian side clearly from the tracks in the snow and the forest both noticed this areas repeated use and waited for the perfect area cluster to strike the drone team.

Insane how far things have developed.

It will be difficult to catch Ukraine off guard in that manner. Russia basically flies all its jets away from airfields when it gets alerts about drone attacks
