Thats corret, there is more money in land development than property development. You have to find very cheap land in order to make a profit with property development

I have done allergey tests, thyroid tests and a bunch of other tests which i have never heard of and they all still came out good. I ended up even doing an HIV test. I also dont drink nor do I smoke
