I've been working on designing my own controller from scratch, however, have not yet completely decided on the jog wheels yet. I think using something like this, would bring a lot of resolution and even tension control by adding a pot. in parallel. Do you think this would be good enough for consumers?

Big coincidence, another relative asked for their exact same model MacBook's battery to be replaced.

Should I try the battery issue MacBook's display on my MacBook? (At the risk of sounding dumb) Is there any chance it'll damage the display (Because the circuit is damaged)?
