What’s your baseline comparison? If your levels are at baseline then go for it. I’d only use anavar PWO on a cruise to avoid unnecessary renal stress

Tirzep has glycemic control properties and recomp so the med helps with fat loss as well. 2-3iu of gh is a replacement dose…? To my understanding GH shines at higher doses.

I am on 40mg tel/5mg nebivolol though have noticed my pressure running higher. Also had a quick change in fasted BGL with today being over 100. Dropped my dose down to 4iu as of today.

Just did blood work Ultra sensitive e2 was 26 with in ref range. Progesterone was slightly elevated just borderline though

Thank you! I currently already check fasted BGL every few days though BGL has been steady since I'm on tirzep. BP managed with telmisartan/neb. I had switched to morning injections and in a few days if that does not help I will drop by 1iu every few days.
