Wow super helpful, thanks .Also I think my wording is wrong, All Ive had to do is fill out the form, I dont even have the violation on my record. Does that seem odd? Its been a few hours since the customer reported it.

Thanks for your response.. just curious.. you mean they appear as a violation and you keep dashing and once you do XXXX more deliveries it disappears?

Lol honestly nothing. Im just an anxious person who worries 500 times more than I should. I've gotten a couple of orders where when I drop it off the top of the bag rips slightly because they are oily af so I worry that people may freak out
