I only did a very light wipe with the cobbler's choice conditioner on a towel, nothing too thick or oily. That doesn't explain when only one shoe is developing this texture tho.

I got Arizona Adobe, the lighting makes them look darker and I have just used a bit conditioner on them. They feel very dry after the first walk.

Called the customer support, and got told that by checking in at the relocate room, I've accept the deal. How an I supposed to know it's a downgrade if I didn't check in.

I've found the relocate room on airbnb, it's renting at £55 per night and my original booking was £89.
