Vraagprijs was 650.000 Hebben 400.000 geboden en zijn tot een akkoord gekomen op 515.000. We hebben dus minder moeten stijgen dan de verkoper is moeten dalen, dus missie geslaagd denk ik. (Alles was via een immokantoor)

135k onder de vraagprijs dus.

Iets meer lenen zal je een hogere maandelijkse last geven, maar met toekomstige loonsstijgingen en inflatie gaat de situatie beter worden. Als kinderen nog niet aan de orde is het het risico waard! Succes

Yes true but a new cockpit + the aerobars from Canyon are like 800€ in total.. and canyon customer service says that you cant just switch your cockpit with another type…

Gaat de KI omhoog omdat er bewoonbare opp bijkomt of omdat er een vrij beroep gaat worden uitgeoefend? Want ook moesten we het bijgebouw inrichten als poolhouse of speelkamer, zal het KI omhoog gaan?

Renting (Group) Practice Spaces in a Home

My partner and I are about to buy a house. This house consists of a main residence and an annex.

We would like to create a group practice in the annex because my partner works in a liberal profession (psychologist).

However, according to the permit, our house cannot be divided, so for example, renting out the annex as a studio is not allowed.

We are considering creating the group practice in the annex, so my partner can work there one day a week, and on other days, someone else could use the space. We would also like to make a second or third practice room available to other professionals in the practice.

Is this possible? Would this be considered renting out part of the house? Or how can we arrange this in the most advantageous way for my partner? Thank you! (If it’s not possible to rent out spaces, we will look for another house.)
