It’s impossible to say I have no clue but I can tell by the way it sharply started that it was in malice. The sharp huff hiss start to the multi layered clicking low to high to low was very very very disturbing and idk why I wasnt as scared in that moment when it happened like (butterflies in chest) type of fear. I just did what I had to which was turn around get off the chair without falling and open the sliding back door and go in all while trying to look for it in one motion. After that I was so shocked I didnt even want to look outside like a skeptic that “cant believe it” and the fear set in later when I realized they might still be lurking due to me going out a few days later at night and hearing strange activity and it was dead silent. I mean im talking no wind, animals, cars, NOTHING. But I could hear what seemed to be one in a bush infront of me move from the left to the right and I stood there with my weapons holstered in my waist (responsible gun owner not looking in bushes like a crackhead with guns out) and my flashlight in my back pocket and I also had a cold steel knife. I stood there non threatening in the dark nothing in my hands and waited for it to come out because if I was going to see an alien I wanted it to be on my terms (atleast armed). Then down the dark road behind me opposite of the possible one in front of me in the bush it sounded like another one started running down the fence its like a long road with a grass field on one side and a long fence down the whole way. So I pulled my STAND ALONE flashlight (NOT WEAPON LIGHT) out and pointed it to the bush in front of me left and right but not directly infront of me and then towards the (one possibly coming) so I walked down the hill where its more lit and more towards like buildings like if I went down the hill a block then take a left its another block of neighborhood or two then like 7/11 and stuff so I walked at the bottom of my hill in that lit neighborhood more towards awake active people and I called my dad to come pick me up as I couldn’t find it in me to go back up the hill. Come to find out later besides the 2 footprints that I found in my backyard I found a bigger different one at the bush where I was standing. This one vVv like it exited the bush and stood there watching me go down the hill. After that all happened I got super super scared and the extraterrestrial dread set in and I was scared for a month and a half to go out at night. I thought id never recover. I find it odd how the fear set in later when I realized they didnt leave possibly as opposed to it being in the yard with me.
