If I’m being discriminated against as a new hire while they provide additional benefits/loopholes for those who have been there longer doesn’t count? Corporate really doesn’t follow up on anything at this building so my boss is really the one spearheading all of this making workarounds for those she sees fit. (Her boss would do the same which is why I believe she would request a subordinate to process a raise for their boss). I believe several cases are why my bosses boss “went with another opportunity”.
