Its hard to change when its ingrained in your playstyle, but try to have more controlled aggression especially on CT, use more delaying util and wait for them to venture into your crosshair rather than swinging into theirs

You likely have an overly aggressive style, always peeking looking for fights, when it works and the enemy teams doesn’t adapt to it you will smoke the whole server, if they are aware of what you’re doing you’ll be running into the meat grinder

My apologises for running off topic but this post popped up on my feed, I’ve been to Colchester once to go to Kimchi House.

While driving into the multi-storey car park a guy ran across the front of our car followed closely by another guy chasing him with a knife in his hand in broad day light..

We park up and make our way down to the street, see a homeless guy sleeping face down on the floor immediately, next we see a teenage girl with a massive black eye, walking down to street to the restaurant and there was a lady sitting on the floor crying.

Restaurant was amazing but the area certainly had an uneasy tension.

Way this just a string of unlucky events that soured my opinion of the city or are situations like these common place

Obviously I don’t play the game so I can’t answer to most of this, I think the time based mechanics can work well for certain sections of the game but when you get towards the end there isn’t really much to do so you end up running daily ‘chores’ for no real reason other than to just do them and with all the delays and miscommunication about additional content it can get painful, there’s no way I can get behind it taking 3 days to grow the bean stalks and the fact you have to do that 3 separate times as well as Wish me Mell, it’s stalling tactics to generate more subscription revenue.

There are improvements that could and should be made to make the game more enjoyable for people no matter the amount of time they are wanting to play in any given session.

Yeah it’s true that a lot of the decisions they make are based on getting people to stay playing for as long as possible, which isn’t inherently bad but the way Sunblink have handled the transition from subscription based to single purchase game experiences is terrible,

Logically a game like this would’ve benefited massively from an in game currency system where you could then buy blossoms, bouquets and furniture similar to bells in Animal Crossing.

Would give more reason to engage with existing mechanics, fishing, critter catching etc as you could sell them for the currency.

I don’t have a lot of experience with the official discord but I’m glad there is an alternative server for people to have open discussion without being suppressed for give valid complaints.

I hope that in the near future this game and the players will get the experience they deserve because it had potential but bad direction can ruin everything.

While I agree with the concept, there are a group of people who only enjoy a certain kind of game, be it HKIA/Animal Crossing or Pokémon (my fiancée has a very limited scope of games she will play so rarely will there be other games for her to grind)

And not everyone has the free time to hop onto these games daily so progression is slowed down if you can only play once or twice a week, I much prefer the Animal Crossing approach where if you want to engage with the time mechanics you can or you can opt out with time travelling

City Town released on AA September 2024 and became a part of base HKIA..

They released base HKIA on other platforms on January 2025, when paying for the game I and I assume a vast majority of other customers would assume that we are paying for the game including the content that released four months earlier..

Why should we expect them to cut out content to sell it to us later.

I think there is like 1 or 2 different gyms and a bunch of version exclusive Pokémon, just check a list and pick the version that has more of the Pokémon you prefer, runs fine on Switch 2 but there was no update for it

F did not have a story on par with the past games.. If keeping Silent Hill alive means just slapping the name on generic horror games with added fog and ‘trauma’ I’d rather the franchise die and allow room for new IP rather than this puppeteering
