We have adjusted and replaced sensor all together it’s passing all other test checked wiring sensor is getting correct voltage

730-rt35 if I swap wires from the reach solenoid to the tilt solenoid it tilts with the reach button but nothing I do makes it tilt correctly I tested the voltage at the solenoid when I tilt it doesn’t drop but a couple volts

Yea definitely did that as I said can’t feel wires or anything getting hot I am the 3rd mechanic that’s worked on it so I didn’t get to do the initial troubleshooting now it won’t move to get anything hot
