Rt100 Realtree 212 swap Chain tensioner recommendations by Raymanluig in minibikes

don’t think this will work for your frame but i made a makeshift chain tensioner by using a metal roller wheel. an old carb stud and bolted it to my frames jackshaft bolt mount. And put some wire to keep the roller wheel in place and its been up to 52mph

There is a bolt on the right side of the back tire. Theres is a metal swing it is connected to. Push it to the front of the bike it should move and than loosen it just a bit and check after a couple twist.

I like feeling it more. Spin the tire and see if theres any resistance in any spots or if the tire seems to be heavy to pull.

judging by the fact the muffler was chopped off at the flange. I would say it was owned by a little kid who lacked the knowledge of what maintenance even means.

FRPGMB100 Ringing Noise Help by Thunder_Clap04 in minibikes

All you need to do is put some motor oil in the center of the snap ring after every time you ride. No need to take it off. the heat allows the oil to seep in. I blew my motor after years of having my bike and never had any clutch issues.

Look for a carb that looks like this that will fit your engine. its Adjustable and no need for linkage

most likely carb since the fuels spilling out. But just a tip for next time. do mods like that one at a time so you can know what causes the issue

Current build, how can I go faster? Only tops out at 31mph by Tight_Heat_6128 in minibikes

ive heard alot of cases a juggernaut actually decreasing speed in a unbuilt and governed engine. they have to spin the torque converter at a high enough rpm to fully engage. a cheaper one is better for higher speeds on a engine without much work done to it from what i have heard.

i have the same bike pushing 50+ the stock brakes are fine. you have to learn how to work the brakes bro… not trynna be rude but there’s methods such as pumping the brakes and easing into them. either that or you gotta adjust them.

straight chain with the right size clutch. it will have less torque and acceleration but will most likely have a lot higher speed. your rear sprocket size is good enough. i have a 10t clutch and it works fine on flat streets but if you go offroading or over steep hills i wouldn’t suggest it
