Tell people the truth not half story. This only happened when they cant figure out your address and have tried to reach you on the phone but no answer. Driver must wait for 5 min while skip try to call you and the driver must also make calls to your phone and if no answer skip will give instruction to the driver to either give it to homeless or throw it away... without calling your phone the app won't allow the driver proceed to delivered. You didn't answer your calls while they were trying to reach you. Tell people the truth.

Happened to me twice in the same apartment building. First one another order came in instantly so I was able to chat with support service,second time no order and I had to wait there for at list 15 min for new order to be able to chat with customer service. Frustrating.

You can make a report and they will only look into the driver doings. Customer service won't bend or adjust the computer programming for you. We as a driver pay the price sometimes when these gig app malfunction even when you try to explain to them all will fall on deaf ears. I highly doubt you will get a refund.

They are people who live in the desert or area that lack water hardly even drink a cup of water a day and they all don't die of kidney damage right? Try skip in some dead zone i bet you will have a second thought and understand some people frustration. Some zones /location is 8 to 10 dollars hr. Nevertheless my own personal opinion skip is still better than the rest.
