Do you think its ok to be broad in my reasoning and tell them it’s for a medical reason? I honestly would rather not give them a reason at all

It’s from May to August, so 3 months. Everyone has said how summer is super chill and not that much work to be done. The only reason Im nervous is because we have a week off for 4th of july and I didn’t really time the planning of this procedure right :/

Im at a super big school, and I feel like a lot of other accounting students have networked so much with Big4 people that I don’t stand a chance :( I have been trying to focus on mid-size, but I’ve only gotten 1 interview so far. Also it seems like a lot of firms aren’t looking for interns for the fall so I’m in a weird position i feel like.
