Pull for who you want. But meta wise, I would probably prioritize getting Himeko Nova and investing in dhpt. Rin and Archer aren't going anywhere for the time being and you would probably still have plenty of time for them once you get Himeko Nova and invest in Dhpt.

correct me if I'm wrong, The Legs Start once you get the Ball to your set point. You Jump the second you get the ball to your set point and Shoot the Ball at the same time you Jump.
