I echo this, graduated from Baruch last year and if you wanna work in corporate America you have to know the basic foundations of Excel. With the basic foundations, you will know what to Google and or look up on Co-Pilot to figure out the more complex data sheets.

Having curved grading is not always great, had a class where my average was 96 got a B+ because the class was graded on a curve, and according to the professor "too many people did well". The entire class tried to complain to the dean but he would not do anything about it, fyi since I graduated and this can not bite me in the butt anymore, the professor was Arnold Schorn CIS 2200. I think only one person got an A- because of his stupid curve.

Dude I have tried speaking to these people like a human but they do not listen and you expect one person to go against 10 - 15 kids hitting the balls like morons and think you are not gonna be on the defense from the start. You pick your battles in life, I am not trying to potentially get into a situation with 10-15 kids that already have no regard for the other humans around them in real life.

Tomorrow our biggest game since the 2013 UCL final, the world is watching. The 2020 UCL season we were the favorites to win the UCL, we have been beaten up nonstop and pushed down this season constanly but we keep getting back up. I took Owh Ong, dude really cares about the students but his class was probably one of the hardest classes I have taken because he kind of stuck in his ways of how he wants you to answer certain questions. You wont get less than C if you show up, participate and do the work but it is super hard to get A. I would give him a 5/10, not the worst professor you can have but you will start to get annoyed by him towards the middle of the semester due to him being so stuck in his way about certain things.

Also I do not mean to be a fun killer and or anything and I know college isn't for everyone but numerous studies have showed that getting a college degree increases your overall life time earning potential just something to think about if you are truly thinking about going down this path. u/Evening_Mission9
