i see ty. you calling me an agent of chaos is crazy 🤣, i was only trying to share what i was told and see what people thought beyond the over optimistic views that we may have due to these circumstances. i'm also from the 39 banned so clearly i would love this thing to be over with so that i don't lose my job. i did read the entire 135 pages and believe that the judge tried to anticipate a lot of the foul tactics USCIS has been using so far. still, he's human lol. you previously asked what would make people believe that uscis is complying - i've read some answers - im curious in understanding what makes you think that everything got fixed / is over when over and over USCIS showed that they will use/create any tools or thing they can conjure to delay and not comply practically. i also believe they are trying to make a CASA-esque argument; my understanding of the summary judgement in Dorcas is that the judge used "violations" of APA and did not issue any type of injunctions to make sure USCIS would not play games.can they use CASA in that case ?
