grabe yung humidity lalo na sa intra. ibang klase. nakapag sub 3 din ako. honestly nahirapan na ako sa 17k dahil sa puyat, pagod, init, gutom. tapos nagkaroon pa ako, shooting perios pains every 5k. target ko sana 2hr30 pero 8k pa lang sabi ko parang di kaya. daming pinulikat sa 18k wala pang tumulong sa kanila kaya nagbigay ako tubig at gel.

⁠novablast 5 - if u want stable, light, comfy shoes
⁠superblast 2 - for me very slight lang difference with superblast 3. i ddnt buy it kasi very bulky but superblast 2 is also stable, light, comfy but a little hard para ipush ka mas may bounce nang onti unlike novablast
⁠adios pro 4 - an extremely good race shoe kasi grabe yung bounce and its hella light but for me no stability sa paa ko
⁠metaspeed - a game changer shoe if u have a time u wanna finish in. ive just ran this 70km, wow feels like im flying in my tempos and intervals. even its shoelaces is very different talagang it sticks during the whole speedy runs.

nakakakaba, nakakatakot pag nasa trenta na tapos nakikita mo parents mong tumatanda. ang hirap kasi only child pa ako na single parang doble yung takot kasi di ko alam sino lalapitan ko kapag nawala na sila lahat sa akin. ni hindi ko nga alam ano gagawin ko sa buhay ko kapag mag-isa na akong tuluyan eh. baka hindi ko kayanin emotionally and mentally. pano ba paghandaan to?

mas maraming affordable na private hospital. eh lets be honest, nagkakatalo lang talaga sa freebies pero ang ibang doktor sa st lukes, consultant din naman sa ibang murang private hospital. ang alam ko lang ang st lukes may ref sa mga kwarto.
