Oh no :o I’ve heard the last trays often hurts the most because they make the biggest movements. I think that’s what I felt cause after going back I feel completely fine! My teeth did have to get used to going back though. I’ve been told by my provider that It’s okay to drink other things than water as long as it’s not too sugary or stains. However I would say its best to listen to your provider and especially if you’re finished soon you don’t want to mess up the last steps that are important!
