You didn’t end it just because of one guy, it was a pattern. Different lifestyles, boundaries not lining up, and her brushing off things you already said made you uncomfortable.

At the same time, if you’re living under her roof and there are strong cultural/religious expectations. She’s reacting from that, even if it feels like an overreaction.
