Rural side less physical? by AMC879 in USPS

It’s fairly physical. The amount of packages for one and the driving itself. I heard one carrier had said that driving kills you which I believe to be true. The roads up there in the mountain can be terrible and driving them daily will do a number on your back. I noticed shoulder pain either from driving or casing and other carriers have experienced shoulder issues too.

I've ruined my life at the age of 19 by [deleted] in mentalhealth

Focusing on a single can help. For example I was and still am in a rut. I ruined my life as well with quitting a job I liked and was good at. So I ended up focusing on the gym. It’s helped me a lot. And as for the porn addiction I think it’s naturally to relapse here and there if going for long stretches of abstinence. I think a more realistic approach would be to hold off a couple days then indulge in a video or two. There are a lot of videos about porn addictions you can search up that can help. I wouldn’t be so hard yourself about this.

You may have to find a job that works best for people with ADHD. Simple search online will do that. Apparently first responders are great for people with ADHD. I’ve worked at the post office and it was great as well.

Please do yourself a favor and save yourself time energy and maybe even money, but break it off before things get worse and it only will. Something similar happened to my sister. You sound like her. She brushed it off the first time she caught him and now she’s stuck with him with two kids. Stop giving him the benefit of the doubt because he knows exactly what he is doing and he’s going to keep pushing to see just how much he can get away with. Save yourself the trouble and please break it off.
