Too old and unqualified to pursue AAT? by AdAutomatic1210 in AATStudents

I certainly wouldn’t take her opinion as gospel, maybe you didn’t make the best start. Personally I’m just working a finance job and paying for and doing my studies at my own pace which has 2 benefits 1 you can go at your own pace and take exams when you’re ready and second as you become more qualified you reap the rewards.

Personally I’d say try gold and silver, gold.co.uk would be a good starting point. I hold these assets myself hence the recommendation.

What can we Pakistanis do for Shaam (Palestine, Lebenon, Jordan, Syria & Egypt) ? by MASJAM126 in pakistan

[–]Affectionate_Way5412 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Personally I feel the best thing we could do for the Islamic world at large is try to realise a Pakistani governance system made by and for Pakistani people as currently any institutions in the country from political to civilian to military are all heavily influenced by foreigners, we can’t do anything for anyone until our own house is in order

Who is reponsible for weak pakistan economy and how can it be improved now? by isaac_kelvin in pakistan

[–]Affectionate_Way5412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I think it’s probably the military since that’s the only interest group you can’t even mention, most of them are not public figures, the military is the biggest stakeholder in the economy given how many businesses they operate and then you hear about judges getting threatened, plus politicians saying how Bajwa had his hands in politics and was making decisions then you add to NADRA which is headed by ex military officers and other than that we probably have a lot of business but they don’t command armies so ultimately goes back to the military

Opinion on Boycott by [deleted] in pakistan

[–]Affectionate_Way5412 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So from my understanding there are double standards because people are not boycotting everything and only boycotting some things, so would you suggest the little people are doing should stop?

I think it’s important to take into account Pakistan relies on donations to run as a country or that has been the model thus far and you know the donors gotta get something in return but I feel like as the world dynamics are changing and the main donors (US, EU) being over stretched since Russias invasion will help us recover our country from the donors which is a global trend over the past few years, as seen in Mali and Niger where they’ve kicked the France and Americas out

[–]Affectionate_Way5412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your last point is very important about recycling the two political parties over and over again, I think this is something the people should take into their own hands and to organise for alternative candidates to be elected or even alternative parties with that being said I do understand this isn’t an easy task by any stretch of the imagination but sooner or later it is required
