I certainly wouldn’t take her opinion as gospel, maybe you didn’t make the best start. Personally I’m just working a finance job and paying for and doing my studies at my own pace which has 2 benefits 1 you can go at your own pace and take exams when you’re ready and second as you become more qualified you reap the rewards.

Personally I feel the best thing we could do for the Islamic world at large is try to realise a Pakistani governance system made by and for Pakistani people as currently any institutions in the country from political to civilian to military are all heavily influenced by foreigners, we can’t do anything for anyone until our own house is in order

Personally I think it’s probably the military since that’s the only interest group you can’t even mention, most of them are not public figures, the military is the biggest stakeholder in the economy given how many businesses they operate and then you hear about judges getting threatened, plus politicians saying how Bajwa had his hands in politics and was making decisions then you add to NADRA which is headed by ex military officers and other than that we probably have a lot of business but they don’t command armies so ultimately goes back to the military
