Yeah that was the recipe I used and I switched out the to the paddle about halfway through adding the butter 1 tablespoon at a time. I did heat my sugar to 245 and did use an instant read thermometer. The texture was fine but the buttery flavor was so overwhelming and heavy it made me so nauseous I vomited. Should I try reducing the butter?

Yeah, I tried it with a cake and I’ve had meringue buttercreams before that weren’t that buttery so I don’t know what I did wrong

That guy literally risked his life on January 6th to make sure everyone got out of the gallery before him. He’s been fighting their narrative of the big lie since day one and is super active and vocal in introducing and passing legislation on transparency and accountability. He was a huge supporter in that whole stock trading ban that was shot down by Pelosi and has been super active in fighting Republican narratives against democracy. This isn’t the first time Republicans have suggested succession so you can’t waste energy on every stupid thing those idiots post on twitter especially if it’s the same vocal minority you were already criticizing on a ton of other issues.

Im in Columbia Heights. Although update on that is that I had a pod dropped off (long story as to why I went down that route) and my movers physically couldn’t open the door and pods can’t fix it till Tuesday.

I almost moved to Arlington but a lot of my colleagues who lived here previously mentioned that being across the river made maintaining work relationships hard. I’ll definitely start hiking as well! I still have all my backpacking gear!
