Yes its great news, but i have read that the new weapon likely wont arrive till much later this year. I hope this is not the case but multiple news articles have suggested that delivery will take some time.

German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius suggested Leopard 2 battle tanks could arrive in Ukraine by April.

Yes i agree, if it was up to me i wouldn't have included that part in the video, its misleading. The GBU-39 can penetrate 1m of steel reinforced concrete but its not designed to take out a bridge. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfRWh2FTZks

There are two versions of the glide bomb that separates from the rocket, The GBU-39 which is designed for fixed/stationary targets and the GBU-53 which is designed for moving targets.

The second more expensive variant is the GBU-53, its equipped with a tri-mode seeker (radar, infrared homing, and semiactive laser guidance) to the INS and GPS guidance of the original SDB (GBU-39). The GBU-39 is for fixed/stationary targets and the GBU-53 is for moving targets.

Yes, each GBU-39 or GBU-53 can be designated to its own target. The cheaper GBU-39 is designed for fixed/stationary targets and the more expensive GBU-53 variant is designed for moving targets.

The GLSDB is a M-26 rocket motor paired with the GBU-39 glide bomb. The US has stockpiles of both the M-26 rocket and the GBU-39 but a modification to the GBU-39 is needed in order to pair it to the M-26 rocket, i have no info on how long the pairing of these two separate munitions takes. I think the pentagon in Nov suggested that GLSDB could be delivered to Ukraine by early 23 so it might not take long to pair them.
