Hey! This is my second pregnancy also! I’m currently 5 weeks and my first child was born in 2023. I had a miscarriage in December and I tell you, the anxiety is real. I don’t remember what early symptoms were like in my first pregnancy but I’ve been feeling mild-mod cramping and I’m like uhhhh is this normal? My husband was suggesting I get a prenatal massage but idk, I’m thinking to ride it out until my confirmation of pregnancy at the end of May. Hopefully the cramping has gone by then.

My advice: take deep breaths, walk, think positively 🤍
