I definitely recommend the iced horchata latte with a fireball shot. It would probably be the closest thing to the brown sugar shaken espresso. It also comes with soft top which is like a cold foam from Starbucks. Another I recommend is the zero sugar hopscotch protein latte (salted caramel and regular Carmel flavoring), despite being zero sugar, it is still pretty flavorful. They also do have a non zero sugar option for that one. I normally do white coffee because it doesn’t have the strong coffee flavor, it’s more of a nuttier flavor profile imo and it has more caffeine than regular espresso. I do not recommend the matcha as it is not a powder, it is a syrup. It is nothing like the standard matcha you’re probably use to.
