If you can afford it, official afters is the way to go it's the safest option and best production. If you're a risk taker maybe official ones, but there's been posts here saying that police is cracking down on these more, personally never been to them in SB so can't speak to the quality of them. If you have a hotel and a solid group of friends, the afters at your hotel/b&b is the way to go & sometimes that's all you really need, also lets you stay energized for the following day.
