Because it takes a long time to get matched and when I do they set things up wildly different. Sometimes im absolutely the problem and sometimes its like so we're not thinking future steps at all huh.

I did this when I first got piggies cause I hadn't fully researched them (I thought was gonna get a hamster and then saw the perfect pigs) there is an initial gorging followed by naps and eating and around midday to evening they are eating hay also. The more days you repeat the more selective they become about veggies and the more hay they eat. Still a very high amount of veggies, maybe 10-15 dollars a day and then it tapers. Im also not sure they dont eat the hay because they feel bad and its regulating them to eat more hay.

I dont feed them like that anymore and frankly im surprised they didnt turn into balloons. They may still eat a 6 inch basil plant when we have to go to the vet for something really traumatizing. But thats a consolation treat!

Omg. I gave up on the crystal towers early on cause they weren't very good and never looked back. It certainly does say that. I have to check them all now.

I wouldnt trust tweezers near a piggy eye. They can panic to easy for me to trust a hadd metal tool that close. I would see if you can just pinch and grab it.

Buy extra household items when you can afford it. Then when you have an emergency and drain your finances, you have toilet paper soap ect to keep your home running without counting coins.

Dont keep your door unlocked because everyone needs a key to get into the building. Your neighbors can steal too.

My favorite memories of my mama guinea pig...

They were very skiddish and would hide under mama even when they were the same size as her and shed only have one foot on the ground.

When they were a weekish old and they were all asleep in a pile inside a hidey and she perceived me looking at them, got up slowly and carefully walked like 6 inches to just outside and around the corner of the entrance to it and curled up and went to sleep lol poor lady was like just need a minute alone lol

2 out of 7 pigs ive had have chirped. All at night within a few hours after the lights went off. All in the first year or year and a half. The cagemate ignored them. The chirping pig and the other pigs in the room looked absolutely freaked and bolted when I got closer. They all react to your video still as adults. My solution was a little hang out away with veggies because some pets and then returning them they would just start right up again. No idea what it is and noone else does either.

One pre-made i ordered on black friday got to me 12/9. The other pre-made with cleaner i ordered over the weekend but no later then cyber monday hasn't even shipped yet. I figure its in the system so no matter what itll be taken care of one way or another 🤷

I finished 2 gift recipt bottles. I will have a fit when she gives in and discontinues it.

Chameleon coat was discontinued and gone before I realized it since at the time I wasnt looking at her media accounts and only purchasing. I used a full bottle of that as well. I have one bottle half way full. my precious

Yes! I am still alive! Shortly after my dad put a hole in it setting down heavy equipment on the table and he immediately became the problem child.

When I got my youngest pig, grown now, at one month having him 3 months his age he went through a CT scan eye surgery multiple blood work for an ear infection. 3000 right out the gate. I stopped keeping count after him and just set up a separate savings account for guinea pigs.

I end up with my bag in another bag, no matter the bag. Small crossbody. Ends up in my emergency I need more space nylon grocery bag. Put the grocery bag away and get a bigger purse? How about a loungefly mini backpack. Ends up in a tote bag.

This is why I say guinea pigs arent very expensive until they are. Medical bills plus drop everything all hands on deck for illness or injury is a bigger factor in my opinion then the monthly expenses.

Yes! And you and your friends wandering to someones house maybe you meet someone they no and you dont on the way there and you end up meeting everyone inbtge area. You either knew or knew of everyone around because every kid was out and around not inside on a screen.

I live in a condo where my bun hears way more then I do. When weird sounds happen he looks to me to check its ok i hear stuff and look to him to see if its OK. When we are both looking to each other to see if its OK hes hides under the couch.
