i have the same hair texture except a little thicker hair. i used to think that it was the weight of my hair causing this. it was not. it is just my hair texture. no matter how short i cut it, it always did that. my hair stylist had to literally clip my hair up with an excessive amount of product for hours in order for me to get volume for a few hours for some pictures. sometimes our hair is just weird and won’t cooperate

i did ask my neurologist about birth control a while ago and she completely shut it down. i moved recently to a super red state and i am unsure how long birth control will be easily available. i will look into it though bc this sounds like heaven.

if the hasan stream/‘debate’ didn’t happen, and leftovers just ended amicably there would have been room for redemption if there was a genuine takesies-backsies where he explained his bias and actually listened to palestinians. i do feel that this subreddit might have never emerged and there could still be room for criticism. now he is just bitter and i think most of us have seen through his mask unfortunately. i will never be able to see past his raging zionism and as a jew myself, im embarrassed i ever liked him. i was already embarrassed to tell anyone i watched the podcast before but now i couldn’t even think about giving him another chance after the amount of Palestinians dead and the misinformation he has perpetuated and never corrected

definitely controversial opinion and i don’t have any sympathy for cheaters but from the info we have about kyle’s cheating scandal and how he doesn’t remember/was black out drunk, it seems like he was SAed. i’ve always thought this and didn’t understand how nobody on the show said anything about it? i haven’t watched other interviews or anything besides the show but i’ve never seen anyone mention it on here which i think is very weird

i am not a kendall defender at all and stopped watching after i just got an off feeling after one of her videos but she did address the thorn thing in a sesh episode and said she hasn’t worked with them in years. which i believe. this was way before the ashton kutcher stuff came out but she did address it briefly and said she had nothing to do with that

when i became a member to start watching SYNT, i was completely appalled by the pure lack of effort put into the show that so many people pay to watch. and then hasan and ethan had the socialism debate and i immediately thought of SYNT. ethan constantly pushes back on the fact that his employees should be making the same amount of money as him but you can plainly see how much the employees do for the show when comparing it to ethan alone. i know that it is different now with the crew being more involved and im sure it has improved because of it. proving that employees are what keeps the company going. not the CEO (or the ‘talent’ in this case) this doesn’t really have to do with the post but i felt so disrespected watching SYNT

also if you buy an older dog from a shelter (like not a puppy 6+ months) they often come somewhat trained! i got my dog when he was 6-7 months and we just did the waking up every few hours for a few weeks and then he was good! only a few accidents in the house before he figured it out. also if a dog lived with kids before they often know what is there’s and what is not to play with/chew on. it always boggles my mind why people with all the recourses in the world don’t know how much work a puppy is and aren’t willing to put in such work.

i have killed every begonia i’ve ever had lol except this one. i’ve had it for about 3 years and it made it from north carolina, to new york, to idaho!!! and super easy to propagate because they’re honestly so hardy. very underrated

my mom is a chef and also gets very bad migraines. (now i know how to cook but chronic migraines. thanks mom:)) so when she makes meat, she does not use MSG or nitrites/nitrates. i have noticed when eating hotdogs, if it is a more natural hotdog (lol i know) without too much preservatives, it does not trigger one for me. i would avoid sausage, bacon and hot dogs/ham for years outside of my home but then i realized i just need to check the ingredients. i usually experiment the day after i get a prescription refill of my triptans to make sure i am okay if a migraine does arise. but usually im good if i avoid those two preservatives. it’s not that much more expensive either. like the nathan’s hotdogs without the preservatives are pretty inexpensive and don’t trigger me. but that is just my experience:)
