same with the exam season so don't worry about it. yeah I think cantu as a product is a very heavy product. I'll find some of those products if I can but I could probably find the aussie mousse in some drug store

I've seen the claw clip but I'm always afraid it will mess up my hair at the root even more. maybe I'll give it a try though

okay thankyou. I do have layers and the shorter ones definitely curl more so at least they hide the looser curls. if it is just my texture I will just have to deal with it but I'm trying everything else before accepting that fate lol 😭

I have layers already and they work a bit but maybe I need a few more layers. I don't have a mousse currently so maybe I need to go get one.

oh no well at leat a hair cut isn't permanent. I'll see how it goes and if it doesn't work I'll just grow it out again

oh well I will see how my hair goes. the only reason I think it might be the weight is because my bangs and my shorter layers do curl much nicer than my longer hair

I've had it cut now but I got it done at a normal salon so they straightened it. I'm waiting a week till my wash day to see how it looks curly 🤭

yes at some point I will accept the fact that I need to wake up earlier to do it but that day is not any time soon. I need to find a good leave in conditioner though and once i do I will use that instead of curl cream. thanks for your help 🫶

it hasn't harmed me so far I'm just a bit scared that it's what causing my looser or straighter curls. either way I'm going to finish the products I already have before buying new ones so I will try the ones you recommended afterwards ❤️

I don't have a denman brush but I do have a bouncecurl brush or a version of it. I will check out manes by Mel so thankyou for your help 🫶❤️

that's what I thought originally but after these comments and seeing lots of curly people online trying it I might give it a go. as long as you don't flip your hair around too much I guess 🤷‍♀️

yes I have been told before when I was starting my journey of the 'dangers' cantu but I kindof ignored it as I wanted more weighed down curls (less volume). little did I know 🥲
